The sun was shining brightly over the lush green backyard, casting warm golden light on two little girls giggling and bouncing on all fours. Maya, with her wild curly hair bouncing as she pretended to be a brave puppy on a daring adventure, barked playfully at Skye, who wagged her imaginary tail excitedly.

"Come on, Skye! We have to find the hidden treasure!" Maya announced, crawling behind a big bush, sniffing around dramatically. She pawed at the ground and let out a soft growl, pretending to be a mischievous pup on a mission.

Skye squealed happily and scampered after her, mimicking her sister's puppy noises. She tilted her head, sniffing the air with exaggerated curiosity, and then pounced on a small stuffed animal lying nearby, as if it were a fellow pup in trouble. "Ruff! Ruff! I found! I Found!" She barked, and brought toy in mouth,to Maya, before put right front of her.

Maya giggled and rolled onto her back, wagging her arms and legs like a puppy’s tail. "Good job, Skye! You're such a brave little pup." She said, wiggling her fingers in a playful "puppy paw."

Skye crawled over and gently nipped Maya’s hand, then looked up with wide, trusting eyes.
