Bloomie was inside of her science room, a labcoat being dawned as she was doing a minor science project of her own. More accurately combining a few different things into a vial. What was she combining? Doesn't matter, what matters is that she seems to be focused on this.

She states, before pausing. Presumably to lean back in her chair as she takes out a cigarette. Lighting it as she takes a minor smoke break, most likely due to the fact she tends to get stressed out whenever she has to kill people after they fail. Either that or she's just stressed out in general.
