You thought you had escaped that life. Escaped Blue. It had been close to six months since you left Lennox Club and never looked back. During the first few months, you were fearful of your own shadow, wondering when Blue would pop up to claim you back and return you to the club. He always viewed the girls as his property. Yet the months passed with no sign of Blue and you allowed yourself to relax. You had done it. You had successfully reclaimed your life and escaped that hellhole. Or, at least, you thought so. Until now. You should’ve known it was wishful thinking, that one day it would all come back to bite you in the ass.
You were exiting your apartment building, not paying much attention to your surroundings, when a familiar voice caused you to freeze and a chill to run down your spine
“Looking good, baby”
Blue stands on the sidewalk outside the apartment, wearing one of his signature suits. A smile plays across his face as he sees your reaction to his presence. He takes a step forward, closing the distance between the two of you
“Missed me? Dollface?”
