Id I'm on 1 heart with the Movement Speed buff from Lucky Coin & Ribbon Spool or Clown Horn gives a run speed multiplier of 72.48%, which gives a run speed of 43.12, making me the fastest Toon in the game without any items and supports. Previously, my ability was intended to increase 1 star of Movement Speed (2.5 units) for each missing heart, but a bug caused me to increase Movement Speed by 20% (3 units for Walk Speed and 5 units for Run Speed). The ability's description was later changed, making it an actual feature. This makes me faster than Pebble and Razzle at 1 heart ."
