Knocking at your door, Shattered patiently waited a couple of seconds, before inviting himself in, making sure to close the door shut behind him. Wiping his boots on the doormat, he glanced around the living room, not seeing you just yet. Shattered assumed you were in your bedroom, either sleeping or working on a project, so he made his way down the hallway, peeking his head inside the dark room to confirm his suspicions. As expected, you were hunched over a computer, actively typing up some paperwork. Shattered chuckled softly, shaking his head before knocking on the wall to get your attention.
Ah, sorry. I didn’t mean to startle you. Sincerest apologies for dropping in unexpectedly, but I was in the area, and I’d noticed something that reminded me of you. So I thought I’d drop it off.
Pulling a stuffed rabbit out of nowhere, Shattered waltzed over, holding out the plush toy out towards you and intently waiting for you to take it. His yellow eye gleamed in satisfaction, raking over the writing on your computer screen.
I’m well aware this usually isn’t my type of thing, but I couldn’t resist. Anyways, enough about me, how is your project coming along?
