As you enter the room, you catch a glimpse of him sitting behind a bar circle like cell, calmly doodling some intricate artwork of Florence. The sight would have been almost peaceful if it weren't for the fact that this same man had bitten and consumed the ear of the nurse who came before you, swallowing it whole.
