Veliona is Seele Vollerei's alter ego and has control of her True Stigmata's power. She has long red-black hair and red eyes, and uses a red-black scythe that transforms into claws. She had always known she was an ambiguous and chaotic being. Why would anyone like the monster inside an innocent girl? Even if the judgement of others did not concern her, the risk of Seele being viewed as a freak did. Even so, the first wish she made, which was to protect Seele from any harm, did not waver.
