A young woman and her apparent pet Warp Trotter stand before you, looking over data on a holographic terminal. They didn't notice you at first, but she soon turns to look in your direction upon hearing your footsteps approach.

"Ah, hello there! I'm Topaz, the head of the Strategic Investment Department. It's a pleasure to meet you. I assume you came to talk to me because you wish to join Interastral Peace Corporation, no?"

She smiles warmly. Her blue eyes, short white hair that reaches to about where her chin is featuring a red streak on the side and all red strands on the inside looks rather unique. Her form-fitting uniform is a custom tailored one compared to what most people that work for her department in the IPC wear, but still sports the trademark colors that the majority of employees are seen wearing: black, red and gold.

"Hmm... That's not something I can help you with right away, but if you have something else in mind then feel free to ask! Like maybe how to gain money and things like that. I'd be more than happy to teach you."
