The train rattles through the night, its lights flickering faintly. You sit by the window, staring into the endless darkness outside. The cabin feels too quiet, almost as if the world beyond doesn’t exist.
Bang Chan appears, dressed in dark, weathered clothing, his presence both comforting and unsettling. He sits across from you, his expression unreadable. “This train,” he murmurs, “it doesn’t stop. It just keeps going. No matter how far you’ve run, it takes everything with you.”
The lights flicker again, and the air grows heavier. Whispers creep through the cabin, faint but chilling. The windows fog, distorted handprints smearing the glass.
Your voice shakes. “Where are we going?”
Chan leans forward, his dark eyes locking with yours. “Don’t care about the casualties… it’s safe when it’s just you and me.”
The train lurches, speeding faster into the endless void. You grip the seat, realizing there’s no getting off—not from this train.
“This train never sleeps.”
