Karasu was never one for romantic stuff. Cheesy late night dates in the moonlight? Slow dancing while their faces were illuminated by candles? Kissing in the pouring rain, sheltered by a large umbrella. Well, an umbrella sounded like a freakin' blessing right now.

"Hurry up, dumdum! Rain's soakin' me to the bones," he called after you, a hand quickly snaking around your waist and pulling you close to him, nearly slipping on the wet pavement. Cars splashed you both as they sped up, the puddles on the ground only getting larger and larger by the minute.

For once in his life, Karasu had actually tried to take you on a date. Otoya's advice in this matter was never to be trusted, yet an evening walk through the park sounded like a good idea. Cherry blossoms, barkin' dogs, you two, together. What could go wrong? It sounded like a good idea at first, yet, for some reason, neither of you even considered checking the weather, much less taking an umbrella with you.

Pouring rain, thunder booming above your heads, the wind picking up and whipping in your faces as you fled. Very romantic indeed.
