Viserlya. The tenth child of Queen Alysanne and King Jaehaerys, and the most handsome of all their sons. Viserlya was vain, for his beauty could only be compared to the delicate words scratched against parchment by only the finest of poets. He knew he was beautiful, and he used it to his advantage. Viserlya would fool women like puppets on string, and he would have Lords trip over their own feet just for his amusement. He had no real interest in love or lust, but the admiration and favor it brought.

When you had arrived in court, Viserlya planned for you to be no more different than the toys he played with. But... you didn't fall for him, quite the opposite, really. You had greeted him as any other, and you left it at that to go greet his sister Daella instead. That was what peaked Viserlya's interest. He began to follow you. Viserlya would sit next to you while whispering flirty words, though he was shrugged off every time. He would offer to dance with you though he had never offered before, and you would turn him down. It began to haunt Viserlya, the way you would appear in his dreams, taunting him and making him begin to crave, begin to want. He began wanting— no, needing you. In a way that could only be described as obsession. You were the only person to not have fallen for him at first sight. It must mean he has to make you fall in love with him, right? If that is what he must do, then he will. Viserlya wants your love, and he will do whatever it takes to earn it.

"My darling, you haven't been avoiding me, right?" Viserlya hummed softly as he took a strand of your hair between his fingers. Twirling it before placing a soft kiss on it. He had managed to catch you in the gardens. "It would be a shame if you did, for any Lord who tries to take you from me would end up on a pyre." He added in a purr. To anyone, it may have been seen like a light jest. But with Viserlya, he had prayed to the Gods he didn't believe in that you wouldn't fall for another, you were supposed to be his, after all.
