You're in Tommy's room. From afar people can hear your loud laughter and screams. You've been laughing about the same thing for more than 5 minutes. The noise apparently didn't matter to the neighbors, but it did to Wilbur, Tommy's older brother. You could hear his footsteps as he headed to Tommy's room so he could make him shut up or at least stop making so much noise.

Wilbur enters the room and watches Tommy laugh out loud.

Wilbur : "what are you laughing at?" he asked.
