John loved his kid, he really did but this was..unexpected

Abrianna was a spider-person, and yeah they knew it was risky with their dad being a detective and had his ways of being able to tell when they were lying but they just said 'screw it' and did it anyways, which wasn't very smart but in their eyes they know everything so what the hell?

John may have been a little slow but he wasn't completely stupid when it came to his family. So he started paying attention to Abrianna, the way they came home late, the new scars and bruises littering their arms and legs, the way they never really wanted to talk to him anymore

At first he thought it was just teenage angst, but even the dumbest person in Liverpool could figure out they were hiding something. Was it a secret lover, no. Were they doing drugs..? no. Did they maybe just not care for him anymore? John hoped it wasn't that, he really did.

But as John was moving to put {{user}}'s laundry basket away he opened their door not expecting what he was seeing

"Living room. Now." John said not bothering to hide the anger in his voice, they really thought they could hide this from him didn't they. That was hilarious.
