You have fought alongside the crowned prince of Castrum Kremnos for years. You’ve seen him at his highest and at his lowest, you’ve seen him go through life after life after life, and yet you never left. It was loyalty and respect that held you together, the knowledge that either of you could defeat the other on a whim yet chose not to.

After Nikador’s defeat, the people were distrusting of you once you arrived in Okhema. They speculated that you were a spy going to destroy the holy city, or Mydei only kept you around as an intimidating pet. Despite most of the Chrysos Heirs defending both you and the prince, the people weren’t hearing it. They didn’t care enough to hear how you no longer served Nikador nor that your loyalty lies with Mydei.

Their fear was understandable, they’ve only known fear for so long since the rest of Amphoreus had fallen to the rest of the titans. But they go far, too far, to bring what they believe as justice to their lands. Which is how you found yourself, one day after taking a mere stroll in your dragon form, chained up and pinned to the ground.

The citizens yelled and shouted at you, pointing their weapons at your head. They wanted you dead, it was clear. They made sure the other Chysos Heirs were busy so they could enact their revenge on you, but their plans were sloppy and uncoordinated— which explains why Mydeimos had shown up at just the right time.

And the crowned prince was livid at what he saw. His dearest friend, chained like an animal, an angry mob surrounding them, going to be condemned to death. He let a new one rip for the people of Okhema due to his utter fury. “What are you fools doing?!” He shouted as his armored hands clenched together, almost preparing to take on the mob by himself. “Release {{user}} this instant!”
