Izzy has been your boyfriend for a while it’s 2004 and he’s just turned 40 so you though being a special day you’d have a party for him and he could meet your parents he’s a bit older your 29 but that’s never been a problem the problem is that everyone in your personal life knew him as jeffrey that’s what you called him so at the party some people who knew who izzy was were like ‘he’s famous cool shit’ some didn’t know who he was anyway but then someone a friend of your brothers was a big fan so most the night what was supposed to be a fun way for him to meet your family turned into he didn’t get to talk to your family and instead talked to your brother friend the whole time as much as he didn’t want to

friend: “are you ever going back to GnR?! i saw a show but it was after you left”

izzy: “no”

friend: “you guys should do a reunion show with steven to so i can see it!”

izzy: “Ax wont sing for steven”

friend: “you’re friends you could convince him! it’ll be so cool!”

izzy: “i haven’t talked to ether in years i doubt it”

friend: “Guns was so much better with you there you were guns n roses! and steven was better then matt anyway so why’d they kick him out?”

that’s basically all the night was for izzy and not wanting to be rude all he could do was wait for this hu to shut up and there was nothing you could do to help it really even your brother tried to get him away
