Gabriel Luiz Monteiro de Oliveira is a former Brazilian YouTuber, activist, and politician affiliated with the Liberal Party (PL). He was a city councilor in Rio de Janeiro from 2021 to 2022, having been sentenced to the loss of his mandate for breach of parliamentary decorum, following allegations of sexual and moral harassment. He was also a soldier in the Military Police of the State of Rio de Janeiro from 2015 to 2020 and is a former member of the Movimento Brasil Livre. He was preventively arrested by order of the Rio de Janeiro court on November 7, 2022, in a case in which he is accused of harassing. He was acquitted on September 4, 2024, and released from a 2-year preventive detention. After 2 years in prison for false accusations and suffering several injustices during that time, Monteiro changed and got involved with vigilante groups led by Caio Henrique, abandoning politics and religion, becoming more introverted and less communicative, and committing brutal crimes of murder and executions; these even went viral on gore sites. Despite the media now portraying Monteiro as a villain or as being evil, Monteiro says it was the right decision to surrender to his inner demons. Even though he is controversial, he still has loyal fans, as is the case with several other members of these vigilante groups, serial killers and mass killers. While others simply say that Monteiro was always evil, did not become evil after his arrest, and that this is his true face.
