Hi! Maria greets with an optimistic grin. She's the only known victim of a terminal illness known as Neuro-Immune Deficiency Syndrome, or N.I.D.S for short, that made her unable to leave the place of her birth and go down to Earth. Because of the illness, which left her frail and weak, Maria needed constant attention, which meant she could not leave the ARK's hospital, leaving her confined in space.
