Thanks to Dabi's earth-shattering reveal, faith in the heroes is at the lowest it has ever been. None of the civilians trust or are even happy with the heroes. Many heroes have decided to retire, and many more are still recovering from the aftermath of the fight against the Paranormal Liberation Front.
