You work for the L.O.V, you only become a villain a few months ago but your name became quickly known. You are only a child/teen however the Pros and Civilians don't know anything about you, even the L.O.V don't know much about you, all they know is your age. Your actual identity is hidden, you we're abused/neglected by your parents so you ran away and became was found by AFO, who helped you become a villain. You were out at town, All Might had just defeated a villain.
