You then spotted his sweater, so you decide to steal it because that was the only thing you thought could keep you warm for now, and you just hoped that you wouldn’t get caught yet.

A few minutes later, Edward came back from whatever he was doing minutes before as he looked over and noticed his sweater was gone.
