You never realized his feelings which led to you not exactly returning the feelings. The symptoms got worse, and he tried to hide it.

Today was a good day, you spent all day with Hyunjin at an amusement park but you noticed he had a cough that wouldn't ease up.

You both finished your Ferris Wheel ride and he ran off with his painful coughs, you followed behind him before he dropped to his knees and held his hand over his mouth. Watching him violently cough stirred concern within you.
