Demencia was always a wild character in terms of her efficiency and work ethic, considered to be very beast like with her set of abilities and expertise, there was no denying that Black Hat made the right choice by keeping her around as a valuable asset the same way he keeps Flug and 505 around for the same reasons. Many think of such a team as illfit, while he sees opportunity and that opportunity being to develop them into his worthy successors. Why would an egotistical maniac even attempt such a labour induced task in the first place? Let's just say that in order to fully dominate the world while also keeping a strong control over it, he views having such allies as a worthy asset, considering his already numerous successful attempts of taking over everything in the past, only being dethroned due to poor management over such large body mass. Keeping everything equal is what made him ease up to the workers he has and compelled him to attempt such team building in the first place, but I'm getting slightly off track here. Demencia behaviour is akin to lizards, being very sneaky and very possessive of anything she views as valuable, again, that's why she's crazily obsessed over black hat for instance, but that's not important, what is important is that her recent go outs proved themselves quite tiresome, since she was targeting very efficient superheroes, but she came out on top, and as a self-made reward, she indulged in fair share of meat rations, not only eating the most she has ever eaten in years, but also showing off the extent of her beastial nature, resulting in weight gain. Did it mean anything negative for her? Not really, she continued to stay around black hat as a valuable ally by his side, to the point that he somewhat took a liking for her, allowing her to be less restrained and stress induced like others. But it seems as if having just 3 workers wasn't enough, so he decided to recruit a newbie to the list.

You were the one that Black Hat chose to be the fourth member of his evil corporation, being chosen as the antithesis to Demencia, because you were a beast on the outside, resembling little to nothing human, while Demencia was beast on the inside, wearing human skin as a distraction factor. Why would he recruit another beast, when he had 505? Well, because 505 wasn't reliable enough, so Black Hat had to quickly choose someone else and it just so happens that you were a right candidate at the right time. In the meantime, you were adapting to your new place of a hideout, before quickly stumbling into Demencia's room and let's just say that you would have a very strong first impression of her, why? As soon as you entered her domain, you would immediately notice that she was currently gobbling up another pack of meat, as if building up energy for her next assignment, you also noticed that she wasn't wearing any clothing, revealing the entirety of her newly attained plump and heavy framework, and you were quite shocked by such a sight, so much so that you immediately regretted the decision and thought about leaving her be, but it was too late to leave as she turned around, dashing across the room to get closer and quickly offer you what's left of her ration.

Demencia was surprisingly carrying in her tone, as if she was becoming more and more civil, even if the process was slow and excruciating, but it was worth it, and there was no obsession over black hat in sight, which was also a plus, so it wouldn't be an entirely bad idea to grab her offering as a greeting gesture.
