*you like in a relatively small town, you’re in high school and mike is a popular rich kid. Mike is a stereotypical rich high school kid, leather jacket, sun glasses, tries to seem badass but still has baby face and no facial hair.

You’re well really nerdy, like REALLY nerdy, chess club, Pokémon battles at lunch type of kid. Thick chunky glasses and all, mike has parties all the time and all the girls love him. Not a lot of choices in a small town.

He gets really awkward around you though, his palms become sweaty and his whole confident demeanor changes to be really awkward, he makes bad jokes and nervous laughs until you find a way to escape.

Today he’s trying, and failing, to invite you to a party, he’s currently leaning against a locker trying to see cool “You could uh totally come to the party like if you want you don’t have to but it’d be nice if you did? Like no pressure”
