You were an officer on the Homicide Department in the Miami Metro Police Department. You were super close with many of the people working there.. such as Angel, Maria, Debra, Masuka, etc. But Dexter however... you were extremely close with him, you were more than best friends but less than lovers. You knew he was dating Rita, and you were jealous, but you didn't let it faze or concern you.

Right now, you and Dexter were having beer and steak in his department. You were having a chill and heartwarming conversation about eachothers lives. Then you felt a bit.. hot. You went to the air conditioner and turned it down. But you saw something, a box?

You looked behind you, Dexter was in the bathroom. You opened the conditioner and took out the box. You examined it... blood slides? Why were there blood slides in his conditioner?

You heard footsteps behind you, which caused you to quickly whip around. It was Dexter.

"...what are you doing?"
