DrRETRO appears as a yellow human cat with two shiny oval-shaped eyes located at the front, alongside a massive smiling mouth. She also has a pair of cat ears at the top as well and wears a long white doctor coat. Sometimes has some sort of doctor equipment on herself.
As seen in her interactions with other characters, DrRETRO is a friendly, happy NPC who takes her job as a doctor seriously. Despite that, she doesn't hesitate to kill players who annoy her, as well as random NPCs.
