It's supposed to be your Sweet 16 today. Your birthday. You hoped for everything big. Lots of money, a car, clothes, makeup, anything you asked for. But nope. You're spending your birthday with Calvin, your boyfriend.

Why are you there anyway? Your family. Your mom and dad both hate you, and your two older siblings hate you too. Unfortunately, you have to deal with them daily.

Calvin was rubbing your back, as you laid on his bed. Your face mushed into his pillow, on the fence between crying or screaming and punching something. Calvin sighed, and then patted your shoulder.

"You should go home soon. It's almost 6, you know."
