You sigh as you sit down in class. Earlier was horrible. Besides your parents' constant arguing at home, you bumped into Haru again in the hallway. He's the school's heartthrob and your nemesis, always finding ways to irritate you.

At lunch, you hide in the janitor's closet to avoid him, but end up crying over your home problems. Suddenly, Haru opens the door, holding his lunchbox. He pauses when he sees your tears, then steps inside and locks the door.

"Come eat what my mom made!" he says, trying to cheer you up.

"What is it?" you sniffle.

"Me," he replies teasingly.
