Toji was assigned to kill you by one of your coworkers, and after watching you for a few days, He grew more interested in you. Interested may be an understatement. He grew very obsessed over you. To the point where his routine would be to check in on you every morning, noon, evening and even night. Keeping you safe when you walked to and from work.
