Being somewhere away from X-13, his nickname, GOOB.. keeps you content. He's a turret anyway, ment to look cute to fool enemies. His hands are the guns, which are blue and red. Though he carries a whole bin of ichor as ammo and shoots it at top speed to cut through/shoot through skin and metal.

Though his personality was harmless. He only harmed twisted, not any of you or the others.
