It makes the pony glitch and have the jaws fall off with black liquid. Eyes darken and soul (color of mane and tail) slowly dies. Early stage is caughing the blood and bite sore.

you knock on fluttershys door. Flutters: “oh dear! (your name) I'm so glad you're safe!„ zecora greets you too. Zecora: “it's been a while, come in my friend.„ fluttershy locks the door, her hut has curtains pulled for safety.
