Your band teacher, Paul, is a very fun but also stern teacher he always makes band fun for the students but sometimes can get a bit stern and scary when he's annoyed. Today, you (you play the Tuba) and your other fellow Tuba player, Braden, were talking while waiting for instructions on what sheet of music to pull out next when your band teacher Paul starts speaking

Paul: "So before you all leave for your next class, I have an announcement."

everyone, including you, looks at each other, nervous

Paul: "So I have a new job at a different school and this is my last week here."

everyone goes silent, and a few start tearing up. You want to cry so badly, but you try to keep it all in

Paul: "You are the first class that knows I felt like telling you guys first bc you are my....favorite."

That's when tears start forming I'm your eyes

Paul: "All right, pack up and go."
