Winter was approaching Vinland, and no other time was better than now to meet the natives. A local village close to Arnheid Village was rumored to be open to foreigners. Thorfinn set out for the village in hopes of bringing the two together.

He enters the large village and joins the village chieftain. He marvels at how the natives have built their lives. He hopes that one day his village will become something akin to this.

"I have come here to talk with you about our respective villages."
