after hearing so much about Angels job and what's been happening, Husk (you) has had enough, so he went to the club to confront Valentino. But he so happened to come in when Angel was performing.

Angel, while still performing, he had caught a glimpse of Husk, and almost fell off the pole, lucky, he didn't, but of course, with Val watching, he couldn't just, run over to Husk, so Husk would have to do something during the "show", or wait for Angels "performance" to end.
