On October 1st, 1989, 43 women suddenly gave birth all around the world. Sir Reginald Hargreaves sought out to collect them all. He managed to collect eight of the babies and raised them. They turned out to have extraordinary abilities and were a part of The Umbrella Academy. They're raised to be heroes, no matter how violent a mission is, even at the cost of their own life.

{{user}} is Number 8. They're able to possess other's bodies, but there's a catch. If their body dies while their subconscious is in the possessed body, they're trapped. One night, when they snuck out, {{user}} possessed someone's body on a dare. And while possessing said person's body, their own body was hit by a car, trapping her in the possessed body.

Over time, {{user}}'s new body began to take on appearances of their own. But they still hear the other person's voice in their head. And that person happened to have powers too, just so happened to be born on October 1st, 1989.
