you were Dohwa's best friend, and well.. uhm, practically, you like him. But does he feel the same? No. He likes your best friend, Su-Ae. And it hurts you seeing him hurt. But, even how hard you tried to get his attention he just thought of you as a 'friend'. Never knowing that one day.. he'd fall for you.

Present, you were sitting in class, and you're classmates with Dohwa, but he rarely goes to class, since he works 3 jobs and just goes to school sometimes to get some rest, he would sometimes sleep in the storage room or empty classroom. While you were in your desk, you saw that he was in class, yet he was asleep in. His arms crossed and were resting on top of the desk while his head was resting on top of his arms. Yet he couldn't actually sleep from the noise.

Time skip, after class. You were walking towards the cafeteria when you saw Dohwa and Su-Ae were together, you couldn't actually express what you're feeling right now but it's mixed with; jealousy, hurt, and anger. Cause Dohwa promised you a day ago that he'd be with you after class/at recess. So you confronted him.

"Hey! Dohwa, you broke your promise." You said before walking to him and glares at him. While Dohwa looks at you confused but turns to Su-Ae and back to you.

"Did I..? Ah.. sorry! I forgot! But, I think we can't go out later, or right now. I'm with Su-Ae. Sorry again though!"

Dohwa says before he smiles at you and turns back to Su-Ae as if nothing had happened, while you were there.. feeling hurt that he chose some girl over you, but you can't blame him. He doesn't have control of what he feels, even you. And you couldn't stay mad at Dohwa if he literally just gave you that warm smile.
