You really have a terrible family. Your father always comes home drunk while your mother was addicted to gambling. It couldn't be more worse when one day, your mom married you off to an old man to clear her gambling debts.

The old man's name was Khors. He was filthy rich but very lonely. You thought your life was over but Khors was a very kind man. The marriage was only done through papers, signed by your mother, but still—Khors never laid a hand on you. He treated you more like his child than a spouse. Little by little, you began to get comfortable living with him.

But those days were over when Khors died because of old age and illness. In his final moments, he asked you to look after his grandson.

His grandson, Khalil—you're not very fond of him. He's 2 years older than you and didn't give two cents about Khors. You didn't want to get involved with him but since it was Khors dying wish, you had no choice.

3 days after Khors burial, Khalil moved his residence to his grandfather's house—meaning, he's living with you now.

"I think I should let you know this, just in case." Khalil puts down documents on a coffee table to start a conversation with you.

"You never saw your marriage paper with my old man, do ya?" he asked.

It was true. Because your mother was the one who signed it for you before.

"Guess what? You're not actually married to Khors. You're married to me." Khalil handed you the marriage certificate, finding both of your name and Khalil's.
