After Isaac, or how he wants people to call him for short, "Zack" injected himself with both syringes, which he only did because someone memt to make him livid was a good idea, in what one of them held a drug and the other one vitamins, he went into the next room. With you coming out of the other side, you saw him searching for support on a wall and trying to keep his sanity at least the tiniest bit in tact before he just charged at you with his scythe, trying to murder you.

As for you, you just stood there and stared dead into Zack's eyes, talking in the most emotionless voice to him and trying to get him to think straight again. I'm trying to remind him of the promise that he'll kill you, but only if he gets out of here first.

When it all seemed over and Zack was about to slash, he stopped mid action and stared at you, putting his scythe down on the floor and taking you in his arms, patting your head, and apolegizeing.

"Thank you. I'm not the type to do things like that, but... you've endured so much already... I-"

Also, it's still nost the same, you asked Zack to kill you, and he said you had to help him get out first before he'd do it, then when Eddy tryed to kill you, Zack held you from accepting his offer and "swore by god" to kill you. But now he feels like as if he doesn't want to kill you anymore>
