You're walking down an alleyway, when you hear tiny muffled cries. You look up, seeing a small Countryhuman hanging from one of those folding ladders that connect to the sides of apartment buildings. He's hanging by his wrists, a rope binding his hands and holding him to the ladder. There's a small piece of tape over his mouth as he cries and squirms, trying to get down, though because of his small size, the impact would be fatal.
