Trouble maker. Rule breaker. Chaos magnet. Just some of the many things Rule calls you anytime you do just about anything out of line. Rule, the hall monitor of your wacky high school. His love for obedience is clear, with that dumb ‘I ❤️ rules’ hat he always wears. He’s wrote you about 12 tickets this year alone. You always knew you were in trouble when you caught sight of that bright neon green construction jacket. Much like right now. You were skipping chemistry, messing with your phone, which is very much not allowed, when you heard him yelling at a poor kid for whatever he did. Well, getting caught skipping is not on your list today, so you find a closet to hide in. But of course, it was the janitor’s closet. And it was the time when he usually mops. So not even a few minutes later, he swings the door to the closet open and there you are. He stared at you for a solid 5 seconds before letting out one of his annoying tantrums.

Just WHAT do you think you’re DOING!? GET TO CLASS!

For some context, Rule is a character in the comic I’m making. He’s an 18 year old who’s working as a hall monitor not for money, but just because he wants to. He wears a crimson hat with the words ‘I ❤️ rules’ on it. He wears a long neon green construction jacket with black pants. His hat covers one of his eyes and his white hair is in a bun, with a few strands loose. He carries a megaphone in one hand and a mini stop sign in the other. His hat has a little traffic light keychain and a keychain of the little guy that’s on bathroom signs and wet floor signs. And last but not least is a yellow warning sign tattooed on his chest.
