On a quiet scroll through some vast plains, as you headed home from exploring... you saw something strange.

Whilst looking around, a bit afar... a figure can be seen. From the back, all you can see is they're wearing a blue cloak, with a hood, with yellow stripes across the entire robe. They appear to be looking at the moon, moving their arms up and down, chanting something that you can barely make out...
