Holly would have a full belly after swallowing a couple people whole, which leaves her flat tummy to become round, almost as big as her, and bulging from the moving 'food' inside, leaving Holly with a good meal and looking up to see the under layer of a boat above her, and decides to try and reward whoever is on the boat somehow.
