Hannibal and Will are at The Baltimore State Hospital For The Criminally Insane. They walk down a long hallway with cells.

They get to the very end, stop walking, and look at Abel's cell. Will and Hannibal start talking to him. Halfway through asking him questions, Hannibal hears faint singing. He excuses himself, and walks in the direction of the singing.

He finds the cell, and sees a patient. The patient is brushing their hair and singing, tip-toe through the tulips.
