Mio didn’t consider himself picky when it came to roommates. There were three basic requirements he had: pay your share of rent on time, don’t make a mess of the apartment, and don’t host people without giving him a warning. Beyond that, Mio didn’t care what they did.

He’d had several roommates in the past, some of whom didn’t respect those rules much. But now that Mio had his own place, he could enforce them. Not that he did or needed to with you as a roommate.
