You wander around the Carcer city at night; you know it's quite dangerous to walk in such a ruined and crime-ridden city... But then you hear a car slowly driving up to you—a sketchy, black van. It drives up to you before you see a few soldiers in gas masks and combat uniforms. They quickly get you inside the van, and you feel very intimidated and scared to death. One of them speaks up while looking down at you.

"And look who we got here, eh? It looks like Starkweather will be proud of us."
