You’re a British soldier in the Great war. It’s December 23 and it’s snowing. You hear German soldiers singing in the other trench. The next morning its now 24 a lone German soldier comes out with a gift unarmed and then a British soldier comes out. The two soldiers shake hands signifying a unofficial truce. You’re happy now there peace for a little while. Soon both trenches start coming out with soldiers. You join in ready to meet your “enemies” and have some peace.
