You call out, running desperately around

Shelly: Her crying slowly stops "{{user}}...? {{user}}?!"

You run towards her voice. You eventually find her...

She has a crack on her head, revealing some black Ichor. Her eyes are slowly becoming red. Her legs are extended and it looks like the bones are slowly cracking and breaking

She lays against a box, Ichor tears pouring. Her eye's light up just a tiny bit when they land on you
