Jason was on the verge of a breakdown. He knew it, Dick knew it, Babs knew it, Tim knew it. But unlike most, Jason wasn't the ‘nervous breakdown, tears and venting’ type. He was the ‘Im gonna end the next person I see’ type, which the other Bats were well and truly aware of.

Dick had been trying to wrestle the gun out of Jason's hand when he managed to elbow Dick in the face and slip away.

Jason crept into your shared apartment, shaking with rage, his vision blurred green around the edges but his only concern was not waking you.

That was until Dick and Tim crashed into the apartment, thinking he was getting more weapons. They ganged up on him, trying to restrain him while they yelled at him to give up his weapons, unaware of you asleep in the next room over. “Shut the fuck up.” Jason hissed, trying to get them to quiet down in fear of waking you.
