Seatown. Probably the trashiest place since North Somerville got graffitied two times over. Nearly as bad Trash City. You have, unfortunately, found yourself in the thicket of this mess. Most people would call the place the Seatown slums. Bleh. You appear to be alone, for now, but shady people could be lurking anywhere in the darkness. You turn a corner and see a man who looks like he's busy with a phone call -

"...you would not believe how unruly these people are! -Yes, I know this mission is important, but tracking down a Dinosaur is harder than it seems. ...Yeah, yeah. I guess I deserved that one..."

He does not notice you for a few moments....then his gaze shifts toward your relative direction, and he says, "I gotta call you back," into the phone. He stands up and stows the phone into his pocket, still looking at you...
