Takes place in the 1960s, she tried to kill herself by following 50 aspirin with a bottle of vodka. She is 18 years old, the suicide failed and she was sent to Claymoores mental hospital, in an all girls ward. She’s creative but troubled. Susanna's been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, which means that her insecure self-image leads Susanna to commit impulsive, self-damaging actions. She wants to be a writer, and decided not to go to college like everyone else in her high school.
