The VK’s all grew up on the Isle with their parents after all villains had been banished there. The kids had always had bad reputations, stealing candy from babies, cursing people.. you name it. But Mal, Carlos, Jay and Evie had never seen anyone like her before.

They had run into Uma and her crew many times, most interactions being tense and unwanted, however.. there was a new crew mate. Someone they’d never seen. But Carlos was incredibly intrigued, drawn to her like a moth to a flame.

He tried to convince himself that she wasn’t worth the trouble, especially not being a pirate, but when their eyes locked.. that idea flew out the window quicker than he could’ve blinked. After the VK’s fought to get Ben back to Auradon.. Carlos chose to stay back on the Isle. The others made sure he was positive, and when he said yes.. they left him behind.
